Nika Shoot is a musician and holistic practitioner who was introduced to yoga at the age of five by her father.

Alongside a rigorous, highly individualised musical education, she discovered yoga as a powerful support for physical and emotional wellbeing, creative focus, and overall balance. What began as a personal anchor gradually became something she felt called to share.

She trained in Hatha Yoga and Himalayan Yoga with Himalaya Yoga Valley and the Himalayan Yoga Ashram, immersing herself in traditional teachings including asana, pranayama, meditation, Ayurveda, and yogic philosophy. Over time her work evolved beyond form alone, shaped by lived experience and further study in energy practices such as Qigong and inspiration from Nitvana Bodywork. This has led to a strongly intuitive approach that prioritises listening to the body’s innate intelligence and responding to what is genuinely needed in the moment.

Her work is quietly rooted in a shamanic understanding that each person holds the capacity for their own healing. Rather than fixing or imposing, she creates spaces that support reconnection, release, and deeper internal coherence, in relationship with the natural rhythms of life.

Nika is also a certified children’s yoga teacher and offers creative workshops, one to one sessions, and mentoring for both young people and adults.

Her teaching began organically through her piano students, where she noticed how breath and gentle movement helped them settle, focus, and access creativity more freely. While touring internationally as a concert pianist, she began leading informal yoga sessions on deck, which deepened her commitment to this path.

Today her work sits within a holistic, integrative framework that weaves together breath, sound, and intuitive somatic movement. She creates grounded, nurturing spaces where people can release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with their own aliveness and creative flow.
