Gillian Holmes


Gillian trained in Yoga for Pregnancy and Mother & Baby Yoga after qualifying as an Antenatal Teacher with the National Childbirth Trust (NCT) in 2008. She is also a Doula UK-recognised Birth Doula and a mum of three, passionate about the benefits of yoga during pregnancy, for childbirth, and beyond. She loves bringing her wide experience to her classes.
Yoga for Pregnancy is a wonderful way to prepare for birth, helping expectant parents learn breathing techniques, movement, and relaxation practices that can improve their birth experience and overall well-being.
Baby Yoga offers a joyful, calming space where parents can bond with their babies and each other while strengthening and recovering after childbirth.
