Join me for this 2hr workshop as we break down the Water Sequence, the second of the 5 Yoga Synergy sequences.

Water is the binding element, the conductor of all the other elements, necessary for survival. Our blood, lymph and other fluids move between our cells and through our vessels, bringing energy, carrying away wastes, regulating temperature, bringing disease fighters and carrying hormonal information from one area to another.

Ideal for this time of the year – routine has been re-established after the busy summer months, the weather cooling down and probably very wet for us in England! Water sequence will help to cultivate qualities of fluidity, lightness and adaptability, just like the effortless flow of water. This is a nourishing practice helping to strengthen and boost our immune system in preparation for the winter.

The intention with which we practice the water sequence is to bring about change and adapt our bodies through fluid movement, bringing upliftment, balance and peace to our being.

Suitable for every BODY – from absolute beginners to seasoned practitioners. Whether you are a newcomer to the Yoga Synergy method or not, this workshop will be accessible to you, as we will spend time familiarising ourselves with the fundamental movements, as well as workshopping the sequence step by step.
