Balancing Act! – arm balance workshop with Natasha Ward

After the success of my inversion workshop last month, I immediately felt the need to offer it again for those who missed the opportunity. Since we didn’t have enough time to cover everything I had planned, I’ve decided to host the workshop in two parts over two days at Stroud Yoga Space.

Balance is at the heart of yoga – physically, mentally, and energetically.

Join me for 2 energising and immersive 2 hour workshops where we will explore how to cultivate stability, strength, and ease in your practice using Yoga Synergy techniques.

Part 1 Learn to strengthen & stabilise your core and improve co-ordination. A perfect opportunity for those who missed out last time or to attend again in preparation for part 2!

Part 2 – Will cover everything we didn’t manage to get to last time! Approach more challenging postures with playfulness, focus and stability. Move with fluidity & control, bringing you into an overall state of balance.

Through breath awareness, core activation, and mindful movement, you’ll refine your ability to move fluidly and with control, rather than forcing yourself into positions that don’t serve your body. We’ll break down standing balances and arm balances – developing the strength and coordination needed to approach them with confidence and playfulness.

Building awareness of how the spine, core, and limbs work together will help improve alignment, circulation, and energy flow, while also preventing injury and enhancing focus.

Whether you’re new to arm balances or looking to refine your practice, this workshop will help you connect to your centre – both on and off the mat.

Cost £25 each, or £45 for both days.
