About me:

Sherin has been teaching yoga since 2012 and has practiced yoga and attended various trainings all over the world for over two decades to integrate and deepen her own spiritual path. She incorporates various styles into her teaching, including vinyasa flow, yin and restorative, but her classes are a blend of flowing sequences, embodied intuitive movement, breathwork, sacred earthy aromas, entrancing music, crystal and oracle card altars, and mystical poetry. All yoga classes are suitable for everyone. Sherin doesn’t believe there is a ‘right way’ of moving. She simply guides students towards their own inner teacher.
